Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Different shipping rates are available during checkout. Orders are shipped with USPS and will include a tracking number emailed to you after purchase. Rates and shipping time will depend on shipping location. All orders are expected to ship 1-4 days after purchase. If this time window lengthens for any reason, I will be sure to contact you. I am not responsible for length of package delivery or delays after an order is shipped. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns.

Return Policy

Beka Gene Studio has a 14-day return policy meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund. All returns must be in the condition in which it was received. Items must be still in any packaging and unused. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return an item. Please reach out at hello@bekagenestudio.com to request a refund and before mailing your order back. After your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified and refunded. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.

If a product come damaged or defective, or if your order is incorrect, please reach out at hello@bekagenestudio.com. Please describe the issue and a photo if the item is damaged and I will be happy to correct your order.

Beka Gene Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellations

I offer cancellations on orders that have not yet been shipped. Please email me at hello@bekagenestudio.com with your order to request a cancellation. If an order has already been shipped I unfortunately can no longer cancel it, however feel free to reach out to request a return once you receive your order.
